- with wood mushrooms and wilted spinach

Catfish Beignets

- Crusted with cornmeal and served with jalapeno tarter sauce

Chicken Chile Relleno

- grilled poblano pepper stuffed with chicken and jack cheese, served with tomatillo salsa

Lomo Saltado

- Peruvian beef tenderloin stir fry, with roasted peppers and fried potatoes

Bananas Chimichanga

- warm banana cream cheese mousse rolled in tortilla and fried, served warm with dulce de leche

Ancho Fudge Pie

- walnuts, pecans and a pinch of ancho chile to bring out the chocolate flavor
